The Procedure

Our booking form and procedure will be sent to you on confirmation of availability. We work on a first come first served basis. Short breaks and long terms lets are available – prices on request.

A 25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking with the balance and a £200 security deposit due 8 weeks before arrival. The £200 security deposit will be refunded once the keys have been returned and our agents confirm that there is no damage to the apartment and that no excess cleaning was required.

A charge of £50 will be deducted from the deposit for lost keys.

Changeover Day

With low cost airlines such as EasyJet and BMI Baby serving the island every day we have no designated change over day, and prices for non weekly stays will be confirmed by request.
